Everyone has a backstory, and I have been privileged to hear many. Everywhere you go, you find people who are hurting. It’s is my hope that you will find an anchor of hope here to end your drifting or truths to share in groups where you are connected, for multigenerational fiction reading.
ANCHORED: Closing Life-Challenge, is a novel, set in an allegorical rivertown-world of a southern Appalachian community,
much untouched through generations.
A prudent elderly crew called the Oaks, (of once impoverished children) retire with money and a spirit of benevolence. It is through the weight of their Closing Life-Challenge, an exceptional legacy is launched.
With the Reverend Gideon at the helm, in keeping with the Oaks’ Biblical faith and principles gleaned in decades past, from a beloved middle-school teacher, the harmonizing themes develop along with crisis, discord, and a little fur baby humor that are woven throughout-thus strengthening the plot and yielding potent consequences and compelling resolutions.
Haunting memories woven into the plot are a driving force.
Join me in hopes for leaving a living legacy.
You will identify with the fur baby Scruffy Humor.
Creative writing with epic obstacles.
After reading ANCHORED, please leave a review and if you would
like to read a multigenerational fiction sequel, about leaving a legacy with a anchor of hope.
